Nicky Hayden on Laguna Seca pole

Nicky Hayden takes the pole for tomorrow's U.S. MotoGP race at Laguna Seca. Hayden was consistently the fastest rider on the track and at one time during qualifying was over 1 second faster than the next fastest rider. Hayden turned in a 1:22.67, the only rider in the 22's.
