BAR Honda to Bonneville

BAR Honda, one of the top Formula 1 auto racing teams is planning to take a Formula 1 car to Bonneville to see just how fast the darn thing can actually go. With all of the adjustments for specific tracks, gearing and wing changes and length of straights, it may be that no one really knows just what these cars are capable of. How about motorcycles? How fast can a MotoGP bike or Superbike really go? It would be interesting to find out because they have all of the same changes and setups for particular tracks and few opportunities to pin it and hold it there. Maybe they should show up at the International Motorcycle Speed Trials. Hmm…
