Kit Motorcycles, the EPA and the DMV
It looks like California is holding up a lot of kit bike registrations due to the actions of one motorcycle shop. Got a note from Jack Fleming who is building a trike called the Roadstercycle. He has 2 versions, a 32 and a 34, which is 3 wheels 2 cylinders or 3 wheels 4 cylinders. Moto Paton 500cc Racer Continuation
Giuseppe Pattoni built a few race bikes back in the early 1960s. They were parallel twin 4 strokes beginning at 250cc and eventually growing to 500cc. To say production was limited is an understatement, only 10 bikes were built over 10 years.
