Way back here I mentioned the upcoming release of Make Magazine, devoted to those of us who like tools and taking things apart and finding out how stuff works and most importantly, how to build neat new things to solve some problem or just to see if we could. My first issue finally arrived yesterday. It has all kinds of hacks, computer, electronic, mechanical, just a lot of … [Read more...]
S&S Cycle forbids internet sales
S&S Cycle, Inc. has formulated a policy that forbids dealers from selling S&S products on the internet. S&S, as you probably know, sells V-Twin engines and components into the chopper, Harley and V twin racing markets. Resellers may advertise the fact that they have them, but they may not advertise the price or sell the products over the internet. This policy is intended to … [Read more...]

The stock Busa hangs with him, the Viper … [Read more...]

The comany is Z Cars over in England and they have some of the coolest conversions, putting bike engines into a Mini, a Lotus and some other cars, most notably, the Ultima, where they use two … [Read more...]
Hayabusa 3 wheeler
Since we've been talking about Hayabusa engines, I ran across this Hayabusa with a sort of, well... , growth out back. It's a wheelie bar on steroids or something. I'm not sure what the reason behind it is but it's interesting, not your average 3 wheeler. … [Read more...]
