Hokey Spokes

By Paul Crowe

Hokey SpokesThey’re made for bicycles but there’s no reason you can’t put Hokey Spokes on your motorcycle. These LED blades that attach to the wheel spell out messages or make designs as you ride. Hmm… Pimp my bike. Funny thing is, I think I saw a similar product at the SEMA show for cars mounted on some 22 inch or 26 inch wheels and they were thousands of dollars. These are $29.95. Guess those big wheel guys are going to have to do a little price adjustment. Yeah, I know, these would be a hit with the 12 year old crowd but then, have you seen what some of the tuners do to their cars? Link via Gizmodo.

Who was it that said, “No one ever went bankrupt from underestimating the taste of the American public”? I think he was talking about these.
