2004 Harley Davidson Sportster Scrambler

We’ve said it before, taking a Sportster off road could be fun. A little suspension work, knobby tires and off you go. The owner of this Sportster did just that and it looks like it should do the job quite handily. No, you’re not going to keep up with the young guys on their purpose built MX bikes, but that’s not what this is for, it’s for a Harley rider who wants to go a little farther off road than the stocker will take him, kinda like the BMW GS rider, but with a bit of American built flair. Besides, this bike is more than enough to go way off road if you want to, you just need the right mind set.

This 2004 Sportster is the first year of the rubber mount engines and the last year of the carb. If you think you’re up for a little adventure, it’s for sale on eBay. Listing has ended. Was not sold.
