1971 Honda CB750 Complete Restoration

Are you a rider or wrencher? If you’re a rider, this Honda is for you. If you like to work on your motorcycle rebuilding things, you won’t have much to do. The seller of this bike already did all of the work replacing and rebuilding practically everything. It’s like walking into a Honda dealer back in 1971 and saying, “I want the blue one.”

The CB750, like the Kawasaki Z1, has such a wonderful selection of parts available now, you can buy one of these in almost any state of disrepair and bring it back to like new condition. Of course, some of you really don’t enjoy doing that sort of work and would rather turn the key and ride off down the road. Lucky for you, some guys, like this owner, seem to prefer the hands on part.

These early CBs are the transformational motorcycles that marked the dividing line between the pre and post Japanese invasion. Once the CB750 arrived, everything else looked old and slow, almost overnight. Take a trip back in time and see what a really sweet bike these were then, and still are.

This CB750 is for sale on eBay. Listing ended.
