Doers Builders and Positive People

World and European Championship

By Paul Crowe

V2 Attack Black SabbathThe World and European Championship of Custom Bike Building took place March 19th and 20th in Mainz, Germany. What’s interesting is that they have different classes, Freestyle, HR (Hot Rod?) and Fighters and though the classes seem to overlap, the Fighters class is closer to the sport choppers I wrote about yesterday in some cases but it had a lot of the street fighter types, too. Deep Bull I mentioned a few days ago competed in several classes and No Limit Customs was there as well. There was no shortage of the usual choppers but they had decent variety. The fighters class seemed to have “theme” bikes with “Predator,” “Hulk,” “El Alamein,” etc. Take a look at what they had, nice lineup. The “name your bike” thing that everyone gets into is a real hoot. I suppose you have to have some way to identify it but the names get a little strange.
