Vintage Motorcycle Days 2007

By Paul Crowe

AMA Vintage Motorcycle DaysMost anyone interested in vintage motorcycles already has this marked on their calendars and their plans are made but I want to remind everyone else that July 27-29, 2007, are the dates for the AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. For me, this a must attend event every year. The swap meet alone is worth the price of admission but that’s only a small fraction of what you can see.

This year the Marque of the Year is the Harley Davidson Sportster and you’ll be able to see most, if not all, of the Sportster models since they began turning them out.

There’s also a motorcycle auction where you might be able to pick up something nice and there are acres of spotless vintage motorcycles you will not see anywhere else. Demo rides, seminars, loads of activities, it’s a great place just to wander around for a day or two with a huge group of like minded enthusiasts.

If you’re not busy next weekend and you can get over there, it’s well worth the trip.

wow! I can’t wait to go to a bike show that will feature harley davidsons! I’ve only seen, like three in my whole lifetime and never together! more bike shows should feature harleys.
