The Kneeslider Newsletter

By Paul Crowe

OK, I’m incredibly behind on this and I apologize up front but I wear all of the hats around here and it’s difficult to keep up with a hundred projects at once. That said, I have a new sign up procedure for the newsletter which has been running for the last couple of weeks. It’s easy to use, you just enter your name and email address and submit. You’ll get a confirmation email to confirm your address and to make sure you really did sign up, confirm at the link provided and you’re in. Cool.

If you signed up before the last few weeks, and a huge number of you did, I have your name but it’s in an old database which I have to convert and send out for confirmation before I can add you to the new list. If you want to be sure you’re included, please submit your name again, you’ll know you’re in and it will be a whole lot quicker than waiting for the conversion.

Why sign up? Well, as I state on my newsletter page, not everything that comes in to the office goes up on The Kneeslider, sometimes it’s time sensitive and about to expire and the post would be old and out of date before you had a chance to read it, sometimes it’s more content than will fit in a post. On occasion, a lot of comments start coming in and you might want to know about it so you can read and take part and then there’s an update to an old article that would be important to you if you got a chance to read it. Or I might be doing something new on the site and it alerts you even if you didn’t happen to stop by.

There are some big changes in the works so this is a great time to get on board, … you won’t want to miss out!

By signing up you can get the alerts and a less time sensitive summary plus some extras, too. I will not send countless emails, just a few now and then, plus when I get some new product offers, I’ll get them to you first, even before they go up on the site. You’ll be an insider.

As you would expect, I will not sell or rent your name, to anyone for any reason. Period. You can also opt back out at any time by clicking on a link provided.

You can use the signup box over in the sidebar or on the newsletter page. There’s nothing to lose and you might get a tip that means a lot, so sign up!

Thanks,
Paul

I re-entered my name and email in the new sign up page and got an error when I hit enter. It said that I had already signed up and was in the database. Will this effect the receiving of the news letter?
    Thanks,
    Troy

Troy, that just means you were one of the more recent signups and you’re in. It checks for duplicates. You’re fine. Thanks for signing up!
