Motorcycle Jobs

By Paul Crowe

If you’re looking for a job in the motorcycle industry there are two different web sites that cater to your needs and both claim to be the first site with that focus. Motorcycle Industry Jobs and My Motorcycle Jobs both list what’s available. I have no idea who was first but having two can only be a good thing if you’re looking for something in the field. It looks like Motorcycle Industry Jobs might have been around longer but check both. If anyone has any feedback on either one, let us know.

Basically, the answer to your question “who was first” is two-fold. Motorcycle Industry Jobs was first with regards to focus on this industry, and according to their site, they debuted back around May 2004.

As for My Motorcycle Jobs, we are the first to focus on the motorcycle and powersports industry employment opportunities by embrassing BOTH the power of the Internet and the printed media publications to disseminate information on employment opportunities for this growing industry.

Simply said, we are both here to help job seekers and employers in this wonderful and growing industry.

    Dear Readers,

I must give due respect to Motorcycle Industry Jobs as being the first to offer industry specific jobs on the internet.

However with that said I must state for the record that MyMotorcycleJobs is the first to offer both the power of the internet and print media to distribute info on job openings. MMJ has a growing number of industry specific publications which will print summaries of the MMJ job offers in the classified sections of their papers. Additionally MMJ has a growing link affiliation numbering into the hundreds with other motorcycle related websites. MMJ believes that the while the internet is a great medium for spreading information about job openings, MMJ will never dimiss the the power of help wanted ads in print media. Its a way to reach those who don’t have a computer, internet access or for those who wish to take a little reading material along whenever the call of nature strikes.

The bottom line-MIJ and MMJ are both hear to help this industry grow. Its a WIN/WIN for everyone.
