Maxsym Engines

By Paul Crowe

GP600 by MaxsymMaxsym Engine Technology is a British firm developing engines in various configurations, with their newest efforts aimed at developing 4 stroke twins that will be able to replace 2 strokes in applications where the 2 strokes have had a power and performance advantage. Their GP500 and GP600 are parallel twins with monobloc (no separate head) construction and a new patented balancing system:

A patented integrated balance system, which completely cancels both primary and secondary inertial vibration forces. This novel yet simple system allows conventional engines to operate at higher speeds and produce more power.

Maxsym has worked on many interesting projects. They developed the Hayabusa V8 concept engine for Radical Motorsports.
