Mat Mladin crashes during testing

By Paul Crowe

Defending 5 time AMA Superbike champion Mat Mladin, crashed his Yoshimura Suzuki while testing at the Daytona speedway. The course layout has been changed this year to increase safety however a series of crashes this week make you wonder if it has helped or hindered. Mladin has been very concerned in past years about safety at Daytona. He seems to be ok but will most likely not ride today. So far, he has been the fastest rider during testing.
