Doers Builders and Positive People

SE-Service Esox Lucius

By Brian Case - Contributor to The Kneeslider

This one-and-only Championship custom motorcycle is for sale. Current World Champion of Custom Bike Building, Stellan Egeland, of SE-Service in Sweden, is offering up for sale his 2006 contender “Esox Lucius”. After meeting Stellan and his wife at the 2007 World Championship in Sturgis, where he took first place for his Hulster 8-Valve, we became fast friends through … [Read more...]

Robbie Maddison Sets New Motorcycle Jump record

By Paul Crowe

Starting out the new year with a motorcycle jump record, Robbie Maddison of Australia made a leap of 322 feet, 7 1/2 inches at the Rio Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas. Jesse Rooke is showing his latest custom, done in the style of a KTM powered cafe racer, at the Long Beach International Motorcycle Show. Mathieu sent in a link to this photo and it looks pretty neat. We noticed this bike in progress back in March when it was up on his web site in a "work in progress" photo. Looks like he's wrapped it up, could use a little seat padding, … [Read more...]

Suzuki SXForce Motorcycle Themed Show Car

By Paul Crowe

Suzuki motorcycles are big sellers and well known in the marketplace, Suzuki cars, not so much. They have been trying to get a little motorcycle magic to rub off on their automotive line with TV ads where both appear side by side but at the SEMA show, this SXForce show car was on display where they figured if keeping the cars close to the motorcycles was good, mixing the parts … [Read more...]
