Shelby Motorcycle Built by Rucker Performance

By Paul Crowe

Carroll Shelby, the man who stuffed a big American V8 into the AC sports car and created the sensational AC Cobra, has teamed with Rucker Performance to create the Shelby Motorcycle. The motorcycle will be powered by the recently introduced American made S&S X-Wedge V-Twin engine. The 128 cubic inch X-Wedge produces 150 horsepower and in this application will have a power to … [Read more...]

Kawasaki Concours 14 Video

By Paul Crowe

The new 2008 Kawasaki Concours 14, which should arrive sometime in the Spring of this year, looks like one fine machine for high speed touring and Kawasaki has a video up on the Italian web site. It's known as the 1400GTR over there and while the video hasn't made it to the U.S. web site yet, it appears to be the kind of machine many folks are looking for, especially the … [Read more...]

Based on … [Read more...]

By Paul Crowe

We've received more than a couple of comments about who really did the work on some of the well publicized custom motorcycles seen on TV or in the magazines. They come from the big name shops but did the "Big Name" build the bike? Well, sometimes yes, sometimes no or sometimes some of the parts. It isn't a conspiracy or super secret that once a business becomes successful … [Read more...]

Anyone who regularly reads motorcycle magazines has already seen numerous sketches of these not very secret motorcycles from Victory. Now, in conjunction with the New York International Motorcycle Show, Victory has formally unveiled the Victory Vision Tour and the Victory Vision Street, two brand new luxury touring bikes with a completely new style. They will be available from … [Read more...]
