Ducati laid out its 3rd quarter report Friday and the news wasn't good. Sales were up 31 percent but losses grew to $15.3 million dollars for the quarter. Motoczysz update and correction
We received additional information today from Federico Cioni, President of Motoczysz, clarifying information in our recent post about developments there. It turns out the 600cc engine is being developed for a new, additional project and the 990cc C1 is still very much alive. Confederate Motorcycles to resume production
Confederate Motorcycles has announced on their website that production for the '06 Hellcat will resume on February 1st, 2006 and production for the '06 Wraith will begin on April 2nd, 2006. Michael Czysz and the Motoczysz company he started, to create the C1 prototype, haven't been making much noise recently after the initial rush of new bike introduction, interviews and photo sessions died down but it looks like they've been hard at work.
