Mule Motorcycles Street Tracker Update

XR1660 Street Tracker by Mule Motorcycles

Richard Pollack’s Mule Motorcycles was covered here before but I stopped by his website and noticed he has a lot more photos up since the last time I looked. One project previously in progress has since been finished, the XR1660, and it is one of the best looking street tracker builds I’ve yet seen, though he has many others, many Sportster based, some XS650, some Triumph, but all very well done. A 1660? Oh, yeah!

If you like street trackers, you really need to check out his site.

Nice. With a 100 cubes and a serious reduction in weight it’s gotta be fast. 2 front heads is a nice touch and a lot cheaper then a XR engine. This is the kind of bike when parked on Main Street everybody will take a look at regardless if they know what a street tracker is or not.

Wow, he builds some awesome bikes! I love the in-progress Buell Blast-based one. Unfortunately, I’ve only seen street trackers in photos and never in person. I would love to see bikes like these out on the road.

Hott. Where do I sign up?

I just realised that if I were actually buying all these bikes you keep profiling on here that I really like, I’d have to be making about two or three million a year just to afford the insurance on all of them, not to mention the acquisition costs…

There’s a lot more to this engine. Baisley has been busy. Not much on their web site. Might best to e-mail them for more info.
