Investindustrial Holdings fund of Carlo and Andrea Bonomi have announced a preliminary agreement to purchase the shares of Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A from Texas Pacific Group, current majority shareholder of Ducati. The agreement is subject to final approval of Ducati's banks. Ducati once again owned by Italians, ... I like that.
