Yamaha Gen-Ryu hybrid in Tokyo
October 21st, 2005 by Paul Crowe - "The Kneeslider"The Yamaha Gen-Ryu hybrid motorcycle has that Blade Runner look, the perfect bike to ride while chasing replicants, hybrids in their own right. I didn’t notice when I first looked but the front wheel is mounted on a single side. The headlights, all 5 zillion of them, should melt most anything in their path. Is any part of this bike, other than the hybrid power train, conceivably a future design option? It’s interesting.

I went to the Tokyo Motor Show at Makuhari Messe in Chiba yesterday, and sent some of my photos over to the Kneeslider, for inclusion on his excellent motorcycle blog. You can check them out
