With all of the talk about Laguna Seca it's easy to forget those of us back east have a great week coming up. Mid Ohio has AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days, July 15-17 and then Honda Super Cycle Weekend July 22-24.
The Vintage Days feature Ducati this year and will have a display of about 70 bikes featuring pre war Ducatis and many other significant models. There are vintage races, a huge swap meet, an auction, in general it's a great place to be that weekend.
The next week you have AMA racing, superbikes, supersport, lots of good stuff. The Mid Ohio race course is a great track with lots of really good vantage points for the races. If you haven't been there before, this is a good year to check it out.
