What happens when a scooter designer dreams? After all, one scooter from year to year doesn’t change much, but suppose one night, the designers, maybe after a night out, head back to the office, lock the doors on their studio and let the ideas flow. Who knows what might happen, you might get something like these. They’re courtesy of Jennings Harley Davidson over in Leeds, so it’s not surprising to see a little Motor Company influence slipping in here and there, kinda like a Vespa meets a Harley one night and one thing leads to another, but they have all of the bases covered, chopper, sport bike, touring rig, dirt bike, cafe racer and even a VespaTron light cycle.
The Vespa-Glide rig can take you and your honey cross country in style, makes you wonder if they have a limited edition CVO option.
The Vespa cafe racer looks ready for a night out at the Ace Cafe, but will she do the ton?
Have a hankering for a little off road action, well here’s the Vespa for you, lots of ground clearance and long travel suspension, you can almost hear Baja calling.
This Vespa is ready for your bad self, roll in to bike week or Sturgis and you’ll fit right in. Stretched and low, you’ll be the envy of every rider.
Shortly after this little late night exercise in imagination, the designers began to wake up, picking their heads up from their desks where they had fallen asleep and looked out the office windows as the sun was rising over the city. Standing around the coffee maker, they all stared in silence, wondering if it was all just a dream. Then one looked at his computer screen …
Just a little fun stuff to get you thinking and maybe smiling.

They got the bases covered alright, but sadly HD doesn’t in the performance end of 2 Wheels, even in the dirt track world
These are cool.

These must be really massive for scooters. They remind me a bit of the big retro scooter made by Craig Vetter some years ago: http://craigvetter.com/pages/Motorcycle_Designs/defiant.html

Yep, mentioned those back here, in 2005.
