Problem was transparent to readers of The Kneeslider but my high speed connection was running like a 14.4k modem, painfully slow. I think it’s OK now. Real pain, though, is talking to the first level techs at the cable company. Yes it’s off, yes I rebooted, yes the lights are on, ahhhh!!!…., transfer to tech support?, yes, please…
