SuperTrapp Aquires Jardine Performance Products

There’s been a steady consolidation among motorcycle aftermarket companies and it continues with this acquisition of Jardine by SuperTrapp. SuperTrapp previously took on Kerker and now, with Jardine, have a very comprehensive line of exhaust products as well as many other products for both motorcycles and ATVs. It looks like SuperTrapp will be one of the survivors as the industry adjusts. This addition should make for a stronger company and assure the continuation of the Jardine line.

CLEVELAND, OHIO – 20 August 2012 -SuperTrapp Industries, Inc. (www.SuperTrapp.com) announced the acquisition of the assets of Jardine Performance Products of Corona, California. SuperTrapp Industries assures that their customers will continue to receive the same high quality product and service that they have counted on in the past.

Jardine Performance Products (www.JardineProducts.com) is a leader in the manufacture of high performance exhausts, highway bars, forward controls, back rests, racks and accessories for the Harley, metric, sport, dirt bike and ATV markets. Rick May has been the driving force behind the company and will continue to be an integral part of the product for a transitional period.

For over 40 years, SuperTrapp Industries, Inc. has been a leading manufacturer of performance exhaust products for motorcycle, ATV and automotive applications. In addition to their signature tunable disc diffuser exhaust systems, SuperTrapp manufactures the Kerker brand of exhaust systems, Road Legends Series, designed by master bike builder, Paul Yaffe and TC Racing exhausts, designed by master ATV engine builder, Tom Carlson.
