If you just stopped by for the first time to see what The Kneeslider is all about the best way to do that is to look over the posts for the last four months. The Kneeslider just transformed itself from semi regular entries on a static web page to become a real blog only a few weeks ago. I moved all of those static entries over into this blog and there you have it. Formerly, The Kneeslider was a page on the Uncommon Motorcycles web site. >
The Kneeslider first appeared online as part of the Uncommon Motorcycles site, it has a much wider focus and reflects my personal interests and as such sometimes wanders into technical news discovered during my online research for other purposes. I believe, or at least hope, that you’ll find some of those technical bits to be fascinating in some way. Most of us are more than single dimensional beings and motorcyclists often seem to be technical folks by nature so there’s some chance you’ll find a few of my side trips worth pursuing.
This past year has been extremely interesting for me (Wasn’t there an old Chinese curse “May your life be filled with interesting events” or something like that?) hopefully, events will be interesting in other ways in the future. Being the eternal optimist, I’m sure they will be.
Tell you what, I’ll make you a deal. You agree to stop by and see what’s new on a semi regular basis and I’ll do my very best to find an interesting take on some product or event or idea floating around in the motorcycle or technical world. If I hold up my end, you keep coming back. OK? And if you have an opinion on something you read here, leave a comment.
