When you have an idea for a motorcycle design of some sort, how do you get it into a form others can see? Do you grab a pencil or pen and sketch it on paper or are you one of the more talented types who can do it on your computer? There’s the option of picking up a welder and designing on the fly but that’s another story.
Since I am constantly on my computer and I’ve tried a lot of different software at one time or another, I often get emails from companies demonstrating what their software can do. One package, Xara Xtreme, is well known for high quality illustrations and I received their regular promotional email yesterday with a few examples. This month their focus was on motorcycles and cars and I thought the graphics were a nice sample of what a person can do if he spends the time and effort to master the program and has the talent to do something with it, after all, great software in the wrong hands can’t turn out work like this no matter how hard you try. If you poke around their site you’ll see some other nice work. Pretty neat.
