Free giveaways are always nice. Lately some of the car makers have started giving away free gas when you buy one of their cars. Nice idea, it might be enough to close the deal when you’re not quite sure. Well what if you’re selling big ticket items like houses and condos? A little free gas won’t cut it so how about a free scooter? Save gas every day plus easy parking in the big city.
Several real estate offers have popped up where along with your purchase you get a “free” Vespa. The idea has been growing and is showing up everywhere from New York City to India and Scotland. They seem like the perfect complement to a big city condo but it may not work as well for the suburban house with a 50 mile freeway commute. Cool idea, though.
