If you’re handy with a wrench and a voltmeter you can build your own two wheel transportation, of course the wheels are in parallel instead of tandem but it is very cool and you save a lot over the factory model. Build your own Segway, or at least a scooter that does the same thing. This is do-it-yourself at its very best.
