Aluminum Norton details

By Paul Crowe

Norton Commando by Evan WilcoxWhen I put up the photos of the aluminum bodied Norton Commando the other day I had no details other than knowing the work was done by Evan Wilcox. I asked Evan for a few details and he explains:

I did the fairing , seat/tail, and front fender. The fuel tank, and side covers are from Bartel in England. The fairing is a John Player special replica, and the tail is fastback. The front fender is my own design, and the bike is a Norton Commando of course. Fun stuff!

Evan still shapes metal these days and if you’re looking for a unique creation, he’s the man to see.

Thanks, Evan!
