Mikuni V-Twins Have Fantasies Too Ad Campaign

by Paul Crowe - "The Kneeslider" on 11/26/2007

in Motorcycle advertising

Mikuni Explicit Performance Advisory ad - V-Twins have fantasies, too.Mikuni American makes a lot of high performance carburetors for motorcycles and they're bringing back a 2004 ad campaign, the Mikuni HSR "Explicit Performance Advisory" with an all new updated image.

The "V-Twins have fantasies, too" ad highlights the ... um ... technical superiority of Mikuni carbs, ... or something. The image is on the cover of their new web site catalog and I'm sure they'll be passing out a ton of these posters at every show you attend. Looks like pretty fine garage art to me!

Nothing wrong with using a beautiful woman to sell carbs. Nothing wrong with that at all. Women + motorcycles = Teh Hawt!

My only complaint (aside from her hand placement, of course) is that she’s not draped over a hot bike.

Not sure about carbs, but she can tinker with my fuel injection anytime!
