Robert Arthur, the F does not look anything like the 1977 CB750F Super Sports I have seen. What with Comstar wheels, plastic fastback seat cowling, low tank, straight down pipe 4-into-2 pipes, and ugly stripes they can't be more different. The CB400F has the same distinctive snake 4-into-1 pipes, boxy tank, simple seat, and graphic-less paint scheme as this one. Actually it still looks a lot like a Yamaha SRX-6, especially with the silver side panels - Honda hasn't done that since the CB77.

Hello, does anyone from Honda read these blogs?

If so, please email me at warren@heliosproperties.com and I will, subject to contract, and no detuning, put a deposit on an Evo 6.

If I have any input at all, give it more torque than power, but make sure it can do at least 300km/h without a fairing, make it light enough (or give it the right gearing) to pull power-wheelies in the first three gears, and make it handle as well as you can - I don't expect a 'Blade, but I don't want a 'Wing. Although your new sports ABS is interesting, I'm not sure about the HFTransmission concept on the DN-01. Oh, and give it a really good flat six sound track, like a 911 with a sports exhaust - give it a sports button to open a flap in the exhaust like Porsche, Aston or Maserati - and if you could give it some form of electronic suspension adjustment (like BMWs ESA) that would be good, or great if all combined with a more aggresive map to make it feel really different. Give it good, projector beam headlights and don't make the parts a human intereacts with crude - spend money on the materials you use for the saddle, handlebar grips and control levers to give it an aura of enhanced value. Like Audi does with the R8. Or Bang & Olufson does with its high-end stereos.

I'm 43 years old, have owned 44 consecutive motorcycles (had the latest, fasted, meanest from most manufactures since 1984 including GPZ900r, 750Turbo, Z1000R, ZZR1100, ZXR750, V-Max, GSXR750H/1000K1 & K5/1100L/Ms, FZR1000, R1, FireBlade, 1098S, BMW1100GS, KTM990Adventure and a plethora of dirt bikes) and would love to find something fast, good handling, classy, cool and innovative.

A factory supercharged version, sub 240kgs, plus 300hp would get Euro 25/30,000 from me. And most of my like-minded friends.

Or at least make that bloody V5 I've been waiting for guys! Put Tadeo Baba in charge if you want spirit?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Leslie
