		<description>The concept&#039;s great. The previous story you linked to from 2 years ago had a related link for Revopower, which I think is more practical, even if it&#039;s not as environmentally friendly as this. This thing would never get put on my bicycle cause I just couldn&#039;t handle having something that ugly on it, besides myself of course ;^P
