Honda 600 Barstool Racer

Too much time and beer leads to this, a Honda 600 4 cylinder installed in a barstool racer. We’ve all seen these little machines but the engines are usually something of the Briggs and Stratton variety, this little beast has gone a step further, well actually it’s gone completely over the top but when you look closely the workmanship seems to be first rate. Five speed, disc brakes, lots of powder coating and custom machining to finish it off and it looks pretty cool. Crazy maybe, but cool.
It’s for sale and they’re asking a lot so it will probably end up in the garage of someone with far more money than common sense but it’s interesting.

I don’t know whether to laugh or be really frightened. It appears to be beautifully crafted, though likely by the hands of a mad [evil?] genius. Better to build this than doomsday machines, I suppose.

Only Honda could produce such a beautiful engine, so compact, so lean, so powerful! Briggs and Clinton, eat your hearts out, Khroler and Onan, walk away crying, Wisconson, your beat!
