We are already planning 'extended lunches' for the bikers at work. a few weeks ago we did a ride to lake tahoe for lunch. that was fun. it wasn't until I got back that I learned 3 of the 7 bikers had just gotten their license within the last week. so take it easy and stay safe! You're right, be careful out there. I live in Vermont, and I've been riding for over two months. But that said, yeah, there was an enormous number of bikes on the roads this weekend. And a 20-year-old kid on a Ninja got killed yesterday a few hundred yards from my house when a car made a left turn in his path. I saw the accident scene; it was a mess. Everyone be careful out there. Um… I live in Vermont, and I’ve been riding for over two months.

But that said, yeah, there was an enormous number of bikes on the roads this weekend. And a 20-year-old kid on a Ninja got killed yesterday a few hundred yards from my house when a car made a left turn in his path. I saw the accident scene; it was a mess.
