Motorcycle Hearse

Motorcycle HearseSo you say your motorcycle gang is getting up in years? Some are heading on to that great poker run in the sky? If you want to send them off in proper biker fashion, you need the motorcycle hearse. This is designed along the lines of the old horse drawn hearses of old with glass sides and big carriage lamps and hooks up to be drawn by a motorcycle trike.

Interesting idea though I don't think too many funeral homes would buy one, probably not much call for one of these but if you run with a lot of old bikers you might take up a collection and plan for a purchase.

Built by Justin Carriage Works of Nashville, Michigan, a company that builds a lot of horse drawn buggies, some of the wagons they build look pretty neat, this looks like it fits right in to their regular line. Some options are available including your own club's logo. Interesting. Hmm ...

I had to do a search to find it, but I knew I had seen this concept before, just with a sidecar instead of a trailer: http://www.motorcyclefunerals.com/

Hmm… killer website. It’s kind of hard to tell if it is for real, seems almost too tacky to be true. Maybe their webdesigner just didn’t share their tagline “When Quality Matters”. But im sure the wagons are great.

This is a working hearse service in Phoenix Arizona. We do use it on a constant basis for motorcyclist and vetern funerals. The hearse was made for us by Justin Carriages. Please check out the website again and see what you think. It is a constantly changing work in progress
