GM settles with Chery over name and design issues

Yamaha settles with Patriot

The other day we mentioned the lawsuit Yamaha had against Patriot motorcycles and Yamoto motorcycles of China for copying Yamaha’s products. Looks like they settled with Patriot, however the lawsuit against Yamoto still stands.

Gas prices almost down to $2.00

After reaching $3.19 per gallon locally not long ago during the hurricanes, gasoline is now $2.07 at one station nearby. I was looking around for pieces of sky but I couldn’t find any because it never fell. That’s free market optimists, one, … gloom and doomers, zero.
