The hype and the type has been layed down. The producers have done a remarkable job of keeping this all together and pushing forward even with the natural disaster "Katrina" that pretty much halted the effort for months. Personally, I am looking forward to seeing a few of my distributors/dealers in action creating the works of art I only see in magz or first hand when I'm out visiting once a year sweating them for orders.

All of our apples are in TOCC's basket for this build off and wer'e looking forward to tipping a few cold ones in Vegas when the cards hit the table.

A few of the custom one off components designed exclusively for Tricked Out Custom Cycles will blow you all away, literally...

Hoyt,
The show is set to show each builders as they work through the process of creating a customized (extreme) bike from a stock metric bike. Each builder will be given one bike each (Suzuki, Triumph,Kawasaki, Honda, Yamaha) some will recieve sport bikes, some will receive cruisers. Some aspects of the show are shot in a simi reality style which allows the builders to show viewers a broader range of their worlds: Not only what it takes to plan and build the bike but who their friends and family are, what they do to entertain themselves, where they came from, what they have overcome etc. (I've seen some of what these guys bring in those areas and it's pretty amazing and very entertaining)

Anyway, the show will open up the motorcycle world to the viewers and allow them to see what a diverse group of people it seems to collect and drop into a big ol' melting pop where social status, money, power etc. are set aside and the people focus on the fact they all enjoy letting some air blow through their hair as they ride and enjoy the freedom that brings.

I hope this sheds a little more light on the show and that you and others will watch for it next year and spread the word around for others to watch for it as well.

Check out www.MetricTV.com for more information and for updates along the way.
