It’s the Nikko G-Pack derestrictor. Manufactured by Nikko Racing, they make certain motorcycle models capable of performing properly, … you know, living up to expectations. They do just what you think they do, they remove the speed limiters and modify certain other restrictions put in place for noise regulations. For race use only.
