Harley Davidson sues Ridley

Word is just coming in that Harley Davidson is suing Ridley Motorcycles of Oklahoma City over their use of the word “glide” in the names of some of their motorcycles. If the case is successful, will GM then sue Harley for the same reason? After all, I seem to recall they have some transmissions with the same name in their product line that precedes Harley’s use.
Harley has its own troubles already with lawsuits, some investors are suing over the recent drop in the price of the stock since their announcement of earnings declines. Investors seem to believe they were misled by the company about how well Harley was really doing.
