Jesse James and his flying car

Jesse James flyingAnother chapter is written in the annals of aviation history as Jesse James builds a flying Panoz Esperante. Say what? Yep, the aeronautical engineers of the Monster Garage managed to put wings on a car and fly for about 100ft at an altitude of 5 feet. Although this project has absolutely no value in a practical sense, it’s kinda neat from a tool guy’s perspective. He had mentioned this project in his Sixty Minutes interview and now he’s pulled it off. They went to Kitty Hawk, North Carolina where it all began and made their mark. How long before we see Monster Airlines for those short hops down the driveway?
