More motorcycle powered cars

February 10th, 2005 by Paul Crowe - "The Kneeslider"

T-Rex 3 wheelerA couple of weeks ago I was talking about what I called the “universal engine” concept, where I said you can put almost any engine into any vehicle if it has the proper power characteristics. I’m not sure “motorcycle engines” or “car engines” really exist. Yesterday I pointed to the SR8, a racecar with a modified Hayabusa engine and today I found the T-Rex three wheeler, powered by an S&S V Twin, usually found in choppers. Engines are cool and whatever you happen to wrap them in is OK by me.
