Carbon fiber motorcycle frames

carbon fiber chopper frameA few days ago, I noticed Revolution Speed and Custom introduced their new carbon fiber chopper frames. No pictures were available then but they just put up a few. Although there is a lot of carbon fiber available for fenders and chain guards and other non-structural pieces, I don't remember seeing any other company promoting an entire frame so this may be the first. Some custom builders have used carbon fiber frames before for chassis components like Confederate Motorcycles uses for their fork and carbon fiber has been widely used in racing so it will be interesting to see what happens when more builders have a chance to incorporate it into their own designs.

Is anyone using one of the Carbo Tech frames on the street?

I recall a Brit moto mag several years back in which they rode a Carbo Tech frame. Wife me tossed all those magazines but strangely, let me keep the girlie mags. Anyway, the link to streetfighters was all I could find in a quick Google search.

Can’t seem to find anymore info about these babies anywhere. I know this is from 2005 but I was hoping for more. Anyone?
